Week 2

Sorry I didn’t get to this on Friday.  Pepper (the dog) and I have raised the bar to 3 miles a day.  Just like the previous week, we ran 4 days.  The cooler temperatures in the morning will take some getting used too.  I still manage to break a pretty good sweat though.  Well it’s full steam ahead, feel free to give Pepper and I a shout or a honk if you see us running.  We stay in the same area, which is Fruit/McKinnley up to Shields then over to Palm and back towards McKinnley on to Fruit.  We do zig zag on the residential streets depending on the stop lights.  Hope to hear from some of you.
