Week 3

I’m slippin’  I’m late with my post again.  Pepper and I decided to keep our distance the same this week.  We ran 3 miles a day on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  We skipped on Friday because I decided to play racquetball for two hours on Thursday night.  Pepper was very disappointed in my excuse not to run.  She barks and trys pushing me out of bed when we don’t run.  But along with racquetball, I’ve also picked up softball on Tuesday nights for a little cross training.  We are going to push it up to 4 miles this week as well.  With Thanksgiving coming up this week, I’m really going to have to be disciplined and lay off the 4th piece of pumpkin pie, and continue my surge for 13.2 miles.  Well Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and I’ll be updating you soon.
